A Look Back at "neue räume 2026" | " atelier M12 " in Zurich
From September 24 to 27, 2026, atelier M12 participated for the first time in neue räume, the international furniture and design exhibition held at Halle 550 in Zurich-Oerlikon as part of Zurich Design Week.
This year's event, which marked the 25th anniversary of the show, brought together more than 100 exhibitors across 8,000 m² and welcomed nearly 13,000 visitors.
Four days of encounters and discoveries
For atelier M12, this first participation was an opportunity to showcase our creations to an audience passionate about furniture and design.
Over the course of four days, we had the pleasure of speaking with many visitors, including individuals, architects, designers, and industry professionals. These encounters were enriching, and we made new connections and received valuable feedback on our collections.
Two new products to discover
This edition also featured the presentation of two projects.
The MEA Lamp: A New Approach to Lighting
For the first time, we unveiled the prototypes of our future MEA lighting module, which is currently under development.
The idea is simple: to incorporate lighting into existing pieces from the MEA collection. This way, the console table and coffee table can be transformed into light fixtures while retaining their original function.
A new way of thinking about furniture, combining functionality, modularity, and lighting design.
Wall-O: A New Episode Unveiled in a Sneak Peek
"neue räume 2026" also provided an opportunity to unveil our capsule collection for the first time Wall-Ocollection.
This new creation sparked great interest among visitors and led to many conversations.
