A delivery service for guaranteed peace of mind

At atelier M12, every piece is made especially for you, without stock or mass production. This means we don't use cardboard packaging for our bulky furniture, because we deliver directly from the craftsman to the piece of your choice. 

You have two options:

  1. On-site collection (free), organized by you.
  2. Tailor-made, insured delivery, with drop-off in the room of your choice, for risk-free, worry-free transport.

For smaller items, delivery can be made by post.

Delivery 

Our deliveries are invoiced according to a fixed price based on the weight of the items. Above a certain weight, an indicative fixed price is applied, but a detailed estimate will be sent to you for validation before shipment.

All inclusive prices are subject to the following conditions: 

  • Vehicles must have public access (no train, gondola, etc.). 
  • The unloading area must be accessible and large enough to allow delivery of the purchased item. 
  • The organization of the work and any additional costs (e.g. use of a crane, widening of the passageway, etc.) required to deliver items to hard-to-reach locations are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Unobstructed access to the interior. 

Failure to comply with these conditions may result in additional costs. 

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about delivery. 

You will be contacted by our delivery service provider to arrange a date once your furniture has been manufactured. On the day of delivery, the carrier will call you approximately 30 minutes before arriving at your home. 

Before delivery, we ask you to check that access is clear and that your furniture will fit through doors, staircases or other passageways. Also make sure that the space where it will be installed is accessible. The dimensions of each piece are available on our website.

For safety reasons, the carrier cannot remove his shoes. We therefore recommend that you protect your fragile floors if necessary.

On delivery, please ensure that the parcel bears your name and that the packaging is in good condition before accepting it. If the packaging is damaged, note your reservations on the delivery note.

If you notice a defect or damage after unpacking, please contact us within 7 days so that we can offer you a suitable solution.

Withdrawal 

Don't forget to check the dimensions of your furniture before removal, to make sure it will fit in your vehicle and avoid unnecessary shifting. Also make sure they will fit through doors, stairs and other access points. Detailed dimensions are available on our website.

Please remember to bring your order confirmation and a valid form of identification with you when you collect your order. If another person collects your order on your behalf, they will need to present a power of attorney, ID and order confirmation.

On collection, you will be asked to check and sign a document certifying that the item is in order. From then on, the item is your responsibility. Loading into your vehicle is your own responsibility and is not covered by our insurance.
