Design Days 2025 marked the official launch ofatelier M12.
From June 12 to 15, 2025, the Rasude site in Lausanne hosted this must-see design event in French-speaking Switzerland, organized by Espaces contemporains. This event offered atelier M12 unique opportunity to present, for the very first time, its first five collections to the general public as well as to professionals in design, architecture, and interior design.
This debut marks the culmination of a project that has been in the works for more than ten years. It stems from a desire to create a Swiss furniture brand, to design durable and timeless pieces, and to bring to life a vision deeply rooted in craftsmanship, local manufacturing, and quality.
As with any first-time launch, this presentation was met with some trepidation. Above all, Design Days provided an opportunity to put our creations to the test with the public, gather feedback, and engage with enthusiastic visitors and industry professionals. The overwhelmingly positive feedback, the many encounters, and the encouragement we received far exceeded our expectations and marked the emotional beginning of the atelier M12 adventure.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the entire Design Days team, as well as to Espaces contemporains for organizing this event and making it a success—it has become a must-attend event in the Swiss design scene.
