JIM is a series of sleek accessories for the home and public spaces. Depending on the point of view, the geometric lines create a light, linear structure. The JIM collection is designed to be admired like a work of art hung on a wall.
The JIM series was born out of a desire to reduce visual pollution in confined spaces, by combining several uses in a single object. This principle, initially applied to an element designed for a small bathroom, has evolved to give rise to variations adapted to other environments.
In the first sketches, the silhouette of a dancer appeared, showing the body, arms and legs. This guided the rest of the series.
Materials
The choice of beech, an indigenous wood, reflects a desire to enhance the value of local resources. Stained to give it a more sober, modern dimension, this material reveals all its beauty and exceptional qualities: robustness, flexibility and durability.
Manufacturing
The collection is entrusted to Wider SA in Montreux. A cabinetmaker who has nothing left to prove both nationally and internationally. JIM is in the hands of exceptional craftsmen.
